Food & Beverage Manager: Must be available to work NIGHTS, WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS - NO EXCEPTIONS Must be professional in both appearance and demeanor. Must communicate on all levels fluently in ENGLISH. Prior F&B supervisory and/or management experience strongly preferred.
Banquet Manager: Must be available to work NIGHTS, WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS - NO EXCEPTIONS Must be professional in both appearance and demeanor. Candidate must have excellent communication skills. Must be hands on and have a minimum of 2 years prior F&B / Banquet Management experience.
Sous Chef: Must be professional in both appearance and demeanor. Three years’ prior experience in a fine dining venue &/or culinary education REQUIRED. Prior Management experience REQUIRED. Must be available to work NIGHTS, WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS - NO EXCEPTIONS.
Pastry Cook: Must be professional in both appearance and demeanor. Prior experience culinary experience preferred.
Line Cooks: Must be professional in both appearance and demeanor. Two years’ prior experience in a fine dining venue &/or culinary education REQUIRED. Must be available to work NIGHTS, WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS - NO EXCEPTIONS.
Reservation Agent: Must speak, read and write fluent English. Must have EXCELLENT communication skills and must be professional in both appearance and demeanor. Prior Reservation, Guest Service and/or Customer Service experience strongly preferred.
Capitol Grille Host / Hostess: Must be professional in both appearance and demeanor. Must speak fluent English. Prior experience in an upscale venue required preferred.
Room Service Server: Must be professional in both appearance and demeanor. Must speak fluent English. Prior experience in an upscale venue required preferred.
Bell/Door Services: Must speak fluent English. Must have EXCELLENT communication skills and must be professional in both appearance and demeanor. Must be able to lift 100lbs on a frequent basis.
Banquet Captain: Must speak fluent English. Prior Banquet Captain experience in an upscale venue required.
Banquet Server: ON-CALL/PART TIME POSITION Must speak conversational English. Prior experience in an upscale venue required.
Banquet Bartender: ON-CALL/PART TIME POSITION Must speak conversational English. Prior experience in an upscale venue required. ABC Card Required
Banquet House Attendant: ON-CALL/PART TIME POSITION Must speak conversational English. Prior experience in an upscale venue preferred.
