Meetings at The Hermitage Hotel mean business, fun, and much, much more.  The hotel's unique spaces, which include an eclectic collection of boardrooms and the historic Grand Ballroom and Veranda, provide the perfect settings for any occasion.  Our convention services team is prepared to assist you with every aspect of your event - from the details of your program as they will be performed within the hotel to off-site requirements. Our chefs will work to create menus that fit your group's personality and are also unique to Nashville. Whether you are planning an intimate Board meeting or an incentive trip for your top team members, every function receives our distinct attention to detail. 

The Grand Ballroom

Capacity: 30-200 (Seated Dinner)

Capacity: 30-300 (Reception)

The Grand Ballroom has an ornately painted ceiling, majestic Russian walnut paneling and nearly 2,500 square feet of unobstructed space. Located directly off the lobby, which can be used as a registration or reception area, it is a stunning setting for larger meetings and events.

Veranda
Capacity: 30 - 90 (Seated Dinner)

 Capacity: 30-150 (Reception)

The historic Veranda overlooks Sixth Avenue which adds a great mixture between the historic and cosmopolitan feel of The Hermitage Hotel. This is the perfect setting for weddings, receptions, luncheons, dinners, bridal showers and much more.

State Room
Capacity: 12

This executive boardroom is gracefully appointed and designed with the latest in communication technology.  The State Room features a fixed boardroom table, ergonomic high-backed leather chairs and multiple phone lines.

Governors Salon
Capacity: 10 - 30 (Seated Dinner)

 Capacity: 10 - 40 (Reception)

Centrally located on the mezzanine level, this room is well suited to board meetings, and can also be utilized as an office,  security, or communications center

Performing Arts Suite
Capacity: 10 - 40 (Seated Dinner)

Capacity: 10 - 50 (Reception)

Eminently suited to medium-sized board meetings, this flexible and much sought-after room can also be used for breakout sessions, private dinners, and media events.
