In an effort to embrace a local and sustainable culture true to our Tennessee roots, The Hermitage Hotel’s own 250-acre Double H Farms and garden serve as our primary source of vegetables, produce, and beef. Past harvests have included fresh heirloom tomatoes, squash, lettuces, okra, beans, turnips, carrots, cauliflower, radish, pumpkins, and more.
Sprinkled within the banquet menus, you may notice some seasonal items, tailored to our farm's harvest throughout the year. The Hermitage Hotel is proud to offer a menu that honors a true Tennessee experience.
