The Hermitage Hotel Catering and Events staff will handle every detail for you, serving as a liaison between you, the meeting organizer, and the culinary team to plan all meals and breaks.

In an effort to embrace a local and sustainable culture true to our Tennessee roots, The Hermitage Hotel's Garden at Glen Leven Farm serves as our primary source of vegetables, and produce. Past harvests have included fresh heirloom tomatoes, squash, lettuces, okra, beans, turnips, carrots, cauliflower, radish, pumpkins and more.

Sprinkled within the banquet menus, you may notice some seasonal items, tailored to our farm's harvest throughout the year. The Hermitage Hotel is proud to offer a menu that honors a true Tennessean experience.
