Historic charm meets modern cuisine within the walls of The Hermitage Hotel.

Since 1910, the refined dining and drinking dens of The Hermitage have served as gathering spots for power brokers, travelers, locals, foodies, and families, known for seasonally fueled interpretations of Southern flavors and unmatched standards of service.

With the internationally celebrated Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten at the helm, The Hermitage Hotel is serving up fresh, compelling, and sophisticated culinary experiences, anchored by signature restaurant Drusie & Darr and all-day café The Pink Hermit.

The flagship of Chef Jean-Georges’s culinary program, our signature restaurant Drusie & Darr welcomes guests with refined seasonal cuisine and impeccable ambiance. Named for two children who grew up at The Hermitage Hotel, the exquisitely designed restaurant and bar serve as a backdrop for Jean-Georges’s world-renowned epicurean adventures. The Drusie & Darr menu showcases the abundance of Tennessee’s regional produce, some of which will be sourced from The Hermitage Hotel’s Garden at The Land Trust for Tennessee’s Glen Leven Farm, while also featuring Jean-Georges’ signature plant-based offerings and oven-fired pizzas.

The Pink Hermit

Tucked into a charming corner of the hotel, The Pink Hermit is a casually elegant all-day café under the direction of Chef Jean-Georges. The light-filled space with both indoor and outdoor seating will evolve throughout the day, serving as a coffee bar with an array of pastries in morning, shifting to casual take-away fare mid-day before serving as a destination wine bar in the evenings, with special vintages and light bites.
